I understand there was just an increase in the monthly lot rent with an additional $20.00 for water. We don't use that much water where we live now and if the part is looking to do upgrades, how much more is the rent going to to up in January of 2020

You were bought out by ELS the same as Lake Haven. They will keep increasing your lot rent like the have there and nothing to show for upgrades to the park. People are putting there home up for sale like crazy in Lake Haven

Absolutely. ELS is the worst. Our lot rent went up 34.00 per month Jan 12, 2021.

Patricia, Lot rent can be increased but does so annually. Our most recent increase was by 4% and did not include any additional $20 in water. The water/sewer meters are individually metered at each home in Serendipity and the price is based on actual usage and waste, this shows as a separate charge on the monthly invoice.
