It's a typical trailer home park for people 55 and older . The homes look nice but they feel like your living in a tin can . Unfortunately I would not purchase a home here .

We recently purchased a very cute, upgraded home here. It's a rather small park with about 139 homes. All the homes in this community reflect pride of ownership. That was very important to us. Although this park is in a quite little village type neighborhood, just a few miles away are any shopping or medical care one might need. The streets are wide for a park, and the clubhouse and facilities are spotless. Yes, the lot rent is around a $1,000. Per month. However, after doing a lot of shopping around this price is not unusual for simular parks with the same amenities.

Too expensive, all you get for your lot rent of over$900 a month is, unheated pool and yard weed eated once every one or two weeks.

I'm live in Tampa and have been looking around for a suitable MHP. I'm only guessing that they are trying to keep out the so-called riffraff or they're greedy and hoping people will slowly protest by leaving in order to sell the land which is probably very valuable. To bad you couldn't organize and protest the increases. What do they give you for these high fees? I live in a 75 unit townhouse community with a pool and lawn care. Of course I have taxes at the year end approx $700. But our maintenance is only $110 a month and has been for some time. Your fees seem excessive.

Mine is 780.00 per month. I think new residents pay more.
This place has high lot rent and it is going up again the first of the year. I know another family moving out because of it.
