Once upon a time..a nice place to live but never more..rent up every year..no useful amenities except lawn care, pool table & laundry room not as accessable as one would expect. Frequent management change..last one I received no written or verbal notice of. Greatly disapointed but no other alternative for disabled retiree. My honest opinion.

IT'S QUITE NICE PLACE. BUT THERE IS ALOT OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS. Sorry there is only one old woman who caused all the problems there.

Who are you?
They were $471 until a few months and the place was bought by an azzhole who bumped the rent $115 to $586. A lot of people are trying to sell. There is no pool and road traffic noise on US 19 will keep you up at night unless you are deaf.

Yes it is a 55+ park and prior approval is required. See the office at the clubhouse to pick up an application. Open 9 to 1 weekdays.
