I've been coming to this place for 4 years straight now and use to have great experiences but the last couple of times I've come in and I've asked for a simple design, I've been treated poorly because they're annoyed I asked for a design, and the service is rushed and awkward. The gal I had today sat next to Emily (not Mimi) and had no customer service skills whatsoever and was very bossy with the way she told me to do things. I am never ever picky about my nails and never complain but they really need to do a better job of hiring FRIENDLY staff. Will be looking elsewhere for service now.

I went in for a fill. First time there. I stated I’d never been there before and asked what to do. They pointed to a table full of different nail polish colors and told me to pick one. I wasn’t really welcomed as a brand new customer either. My Fill left me with two cuticle infections and uneven nail lengths on different hands. I had a very simple design that I wanted of two different shades of purple that were near the same shade of each other. I had shown the picture to the nail tech and they didn’t even reply or help me choose the colors.. I picked two colors that I thought were similar and by the time my fingernails started getting painted one was a dark gray purple and the other one was a neon vibrant purple. It did not look like the color that I picked out. I won’t be going back it’s not worth the price you have to pay.. 50$ lol 😆 It took over a week for my infections to heal. The last photo is the picture of what I wanted my nails to look like color wise…

I love this place. The staff are so friendly. They always fit me in. The other day i had a broken nail and they were able to fix it right away. It's very clean.

My first set was awesome! However going back and getting a fill my nail broke off within two days. I thought because of the prices the nails would last, but I was mistaken. Definitely won't be returning.
