Park is right off US Hwy 19, close to everything, Rules of park are starting to get a bit harsh but you need rules. Nice n quiet in the Summer time. Great living!!

It's not government housing/HUD. People own their mobile homes, but pay lot rent. For more than that, you should just call their office and ask.
Its a 55 and over mobile home park. Most residents own a share which starts at $15,000.
