I just heard that our lot rent (HOA) is going up another $44/month in January 2020. Is this true?

A 4% increase was applied to former shareholders and a 5% was applied to former non shareholder. Our lot rent is $630 (market) a month.

You should find out because this is an unreasonable rate. They're trying to push people out obviously. There's laws against it.
