Yes you can go and pick it up but call first to let them know your coming and reason why.
If the driver left a slip. Or you called and tracked it. Sometimes the drive takes it's sent to UPS drop Center or they leave it at your door. So make sure it's in their possession before you go.
You have to call ups and tell them you want to pick up the package there
