Hiiii !!!! I can tell You This.... When They First Opened for Treatment, They Were Hands Down, ONE Of The TOP Treatment Facilities, in Ma.... And, I Know that Over The Years, Budgeting has Affected Nearly EVERY Addiction Treatment Facility, In One Way, Or Another.... However, as being in Recovery, MY SELF, I am Extremely Familiar, With Different Treatment Facilities, Throughout Our State... Plymouth High Point, IS Still, In Fact, a Top 3 Choice, For My Treatment, When Needed.... There are Staff Members, Who Work There, that Have Been There, Since The Beginning, and Not Long After, That Are Still There, Each Day, Who TRULY LOVE, AND BELIEVE, In What They Are Doing.... So, I MUST Express My Experience There.... Each Time, During Different Stages of My Life, I Have Been There, and To Keep It SIMPLE, They Had SAVED MY LIFE, Numerous Times, WITHOUT, EVER, Looking at Me, As A Failure, Or Negatively.... They Have ALWAYS, Remained Professional, Caring, Courteous, And, TRULY HELPFUL. Thank You
Just like any other facility, theres always going to be people there that dont take their recovery seriously. And unfortunately it creates a bad atmosphere for those who are there for the right reasons. We have great staff who stride in giving our patients the best care. I for one love my job and take pride in going to work to help people in their recovery.
I second what James said Highpoint is top notch . Don't fear sending a loved one there
A friend of mine bailed because of lack of structure. It was Dec and pretty much a chaotic homeless shelter for thuggy kids wanting to get warm. That was their take. All i know was intake took 3 hours vs 1 hr at Norcap and much nicer folks. Could be calmer now that it's warmer. Best of luck
