I'm so in shock on how is that my daughter had to go through being attacked by a six foot male patient and the staff there ignored the facts and just wrote it down and not one of them followed protocol. And they didn't take the assault serious.

Same thing just happened to me while in the Plymouth facility then I was administration discharge because after 3 days of asking to use a phone n being unable to contact anyone to let them know I was safe I asked another clinician no I'm sorry MY CLINICIAN I was basically attacked again by a staff member Billy Jean who stormed into the room.screaming I was something to do with staff splitting as she literally screamed for me to get off the phone before she unplugged it then if that wasn't enough I asked for a grievance to put against the staff member n director and was told I had to leave they are a bunch of bullies in suits and the whole place really needs to be shut down I hope u took legal action against them for your daughters sake I no I have
