Employees care, company doesn't

If you care even a little bit about your loved ones you will NOT take them here!! They take everything away from them down to their toiletries and give them the cheapest stuff that doesn’t even work. They listen to every conversation you have and even are rude enough to comment and interrupt your conversation. If you even have a little bit of a heated conversation they send emails to other staff as if you’re a child. You can’t visit your loved one there and they take their cellphones. They literally time your phone calls to 15 minutes. While I understand this is a treatment facility I’ve had experiences with other ones due to friends and family struggling and never have a experienced this. These are adults getting treated like children. At some point they need to feel like they’re still adults. The way they run this place just sets people up to be more depressed and isolated. Let these people trying to fix their lives see their children, wives, husbands and family! Let them have a private conversation about their personal life outside of this facility. And above all keep your opinions to yourself! NEVER go here or put someone here. You’ll come out needed more help and extra therapy!

They are super nice, too bad they dont have a nicer building/more funding I'm assuming. Good place, Joan maybe(cute little older woman counselor) was awesome, I loved her. and so is Gordon. They are both good people. Changed my life.

I was there twice, very long ago, very helpful for me,the first time didn't take, the second time, I went to a therapeutic community for 9 months, I have been clean and sober almost 28 years, if people are blaming this place for anything negative, its probably time to stop using excuses!
Nothing! I went here and the people are amazing! The staff was unbelievably friendly and helped me do what I needed to to leave and be safe and healthy!!! Ty to them so much!!!!
Hiiii !!!! I can tell You This.... When They First Opened for Treatment, They Were Hands Down, ONE Of The TOP Treatment Facilities, in Ma.... And, I Know that Over The Years, Budgeting has Affected Nearly EVERY Addiction Treatment Facility, In One Way, Or Another.... However, as being in Recovery, MY SELF, I am Extremely Familiar, With Different Treatment Facilities, Throughout Our State... Plymouth High Point, IS Still, In Fact, a Top 3 Choice, For My Treatment, When Needed.... There are Staff Members, Who Work There, that Have Been There, Since The Beginning, and Not Long After, That Are Still There, Each Day, Who TRULY LOVE, AND BELIEVE, In What They Are Doing.... So, I MUST Express My Experience There.... Each Time, During Different Stages of My Life, I Have Been There, and To Keep It SIMPLE, They Had SAVED MY LIFE, Numerous Times, WITHOUT, EVER, Looking at Me, As A Failure, Or Negatively.... They Have ALWAYS, Remained Professional, Caring, Courteous, And, TRULY HELPFUL. Thank You
Same thing just happened to me while in the Plymouth facility then I was administration discharge because after 3 days of asking to use a phone n being unable to contact anyone to let them know I was safe I asked another clinician no I'm sorry MY CLINICIAN I was basically attacked again by a staff member Billy Jean who stormed into the room.screaming I was something to do with staff splitting as she literally screamed for me to get off the phone before she unplugged it then if that wasn't enough I asked for a grievance to put against the staff member n director and was told I had to leave they are a bunch of bullies in suits and the whole place really needs to be shut down I hope u took legal action against them for your daughters sake I no I have
Its voluntary. U can be there for a week or a month. Good luck! High point is a great place.
No I waited 3 days to use a phone
Yes and leave a message for clinician. We cannot confirm or deny if a particular patient is there
CSS is where a client will be transferred after Detox to wait to be transferred to TSS where the client is awaiting a bed to open up in a halfway house or sober house...and No Clients are not allowed to keep there phones they are locked up in there property they are able to call out on a pay phone in the facility high point..or the can make calls with a caseworker
Yes scheduled cigarette breaks. It changes depending on what unit you are on
There are no visiting hours. On CSS there are family therapy session if desired.
No unless you're in there as a patient, then maybe you could get to some where else
