Yes. One of the popular spots is one of the bridges on the northbound side of Rt 107/Salem Turnpike. There are parking spaces to pull over in and the bridge has a wide space for fishers.
I wouldn't eat any finish near Wheelabrator Saugus. they dump their ash in an unlined landfill in the marshes. that fish could give you cancer if you eat it
