Blaze the four (?) month old abandoned kitty is malnourished, has ticks, and has some signs of mange. Can he be brought in and brought back to health? I am not the owner but because he is an obvious survivor I am willing to help him.

They have a wonderful staff and well trained.if he is to get the best it is there

Yes they are great there and have the best of the best working there. Not only are they more than capable of their job, but the staff are there for you emotionally as well and that's hard to find now a days.
