On December 6th I had to bring my dog there and unfortunately she was so sick we had to say goodbye to her. They asked if I wanted paw prints of her and I did ,my question is I didn't receive them before I left do they mail them to us?

I am very sorry for your loss. They place them in the bag with your pets ashes for when you go to pick them up.
