Nice apartment but too many rules. I had used space in storage outside of my assigned cage and all of a sudden the manager had maintenance throw it all into the dumpster. She never notified me. A fellow tenant alerted me. I would have been happy to rectify the situation if she had contacted me. Instead I had to climb into the dumpster to retrieve my belongings in the dark and put them in my cage. Some things have disappeared?! It was a sneaky and mean move. I Can’t trust her. Manager needs to learn how to deal with tenants. I’ve never heard anyone say anything nice about her.

Since 2019 when they changed managers, Trafalgar East has been the Best! The office is responsive - you have to wear a mask, period. She has a buzzer and won't let you in :ppppppppp - The grounds are taken care of, Water is paid, well lit, minimal disturbances, mostly handicapped and elderly people. Google maps keeps sending drivers to the pool. They have the address listed as apartment #295 or something and that's incorrect too. I tried to correct it in "suggest and edit" but they won't accept any text. That's not Trafalgar's fault. The building numbers are posted on the buildings and in a sign at the beginning of each driveway. They're small but they're there. There are 4 buildings: the one at the top, don't go down the road to the pool - Google sends you there - Digital dystopian behemeth traitors to humanity- building 2 is in front of you, then the little road to the back of building 2 and the recycling, the road to the back of building 3, the top of building 3, and around back building 4. Those is the correct directions around the apartment. Don't take the road to the pool.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE YOU. IF YOU ARE APARTMENT HUNTING, CROSS THIS ONE OFF THE LIST. DO NOT LET MANAGEMENT FOOL YOU INTO THINKING THIS COULD BE YOUR HOME. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE . READ THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE MOVING HERE. MOST THE GOOD REVIEWS HERE ARE EXTORTED THROUGH THREAT OF EVICTION. OR CREATED BY MANAGEMENT PERSONALLY. THIS PLACE IS HELL ON EARTH. LOOK AT OTHER PLACES!!!
