The staff that I have dealt with at the front office is always friendly, courteous, and professional. The location is convenient for me. The units are fairly priced. And I have been quite pleased with their services. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star, is that the units aren’t sealed very well. A LOT of dust and dirt collects inside the unit, and onto my stored items.

Great customer service. I was in there on April 5th to pay my bill. I am not sure who waited on me but I was surpriaed when she asked me how my day was so far.. I actually asked her are you talking to me. LOL
