Useless. Cannot walk-in told I need an appointment. Make an appointment for the next day. They all me 4 hours before my appointment to say its canceled. No appoints for at least 3 days at a minute clinic within 30 miles.

Went to get a flu shot and all my insurance information was obtained by a self-help kiosk machine. I entered all required info and got my shot. I received a bill in the mail. I contacted them by phone and despite 2 hours they couldn't figure out how to change my insurance information. Its simply easier to go elsewhere to get a flu shot. Not worth the hassle. Probably wouldn't have happened if they had humans to input your information.

Made a walk-in appointment online. They were ready to see me immediately. Very informative . Highly recommend making the online appointment. They show high wait times for walk ins. Don’t be late to your appointment you booked online otherwise it will turn into a walk-in status. Very satisfied. Thank you!
