Im not sure about rentals.... It trailer is privately owned. BUT the ones sitting empty ...For Sale.... Have been empty for over a year on my street. The lot rent is 606.00 a month .includes water lawn and trash. Ask for Jim at the office and tell him I sent youRobyn Lowry lot168. Yes it is pet friendlyfor medium to small dogs and cats. Both must be on leash if outside. If you have a large dog... Just dont say anything.people here do have large dogs. We also have a huge clubhouse and computer pool table 2 sperate rooms. 2 pools one heated.tenis pickle ball and shuffle board. I have been here 4 1/2 years. Its cool......yes there are trailers forsale by the park and private.the ones that are private and empty people are still paying a 606 a month for.
