Lot rent includes garbage pick up only. You pay electric, & water & lawn care. Not much included.

There is curbside garbage service for each home. Lot rent is currently $360 per month.
Is there any way I can rent month to month. I will be training this fall in the academy for three months.

You would need to contract the park manager. I kind of doubt it though. This is a 55+ community, you know...

Its a 55 or older park it's lot rent on your own home it has a very nice pool and clubhouse also
