We moved here a month ago when our mortgage fell thru in OTOW thru no fault of our own, we needed to find a place quick as our house in NC had sold & we were staying in an Airb&b. Will & Melissa were great to deal with. We were able to rent until we closed. We bought a newer home, there are mostly older homes here, but well taken care of. They do a background check so we are protected from criminals. The lot rent is reasonable. It is a quiet community & everyone seems friendly. We are making the best of the situation & think we'll be happy here. Fast forward one year.....we bought a house. The manager Melissa is great to deal with. The park is getting a lot of new homes in, so looks better. I would only give it 4 stars now because of three very mean spirited people. Carol S, Cathi & Mean Gene. Not bad out of 100s of people. Theres a lot of Holiday parties, bingo, pristine pool & hot tub. Unfortunately we had to pay taxes too. I would live there if I couldn't afford a house most people keep their homes nice & are friendly. .Better than an apt, you have a yard & can plant flowers. You are allowed large dogs here.

I've lived here for 5 years. Relatively inexpensive. There are a few nice people here but the rest of them are not so nice. Sometimes it seems as though the inmates are running the asylum. Many here think the rules don't apply to them. Even with background checks some undesirables have been slipping in. Stray cats are a big problem and a few kooks keep feeding them so they won't go away. Sad to say it's not what it was when we first moved in. We will probably stay here at least until my wife retires.

I bought my place 6 years ago but I pay only lot rent electric n pay a guy to cut my grass
Unfortunately, they do not accept section 8.
They have carports, but I didn't see any garages there at all. Im not 100% sure about rentals but from what I see there I would say they probably do have rentals. I do know they have a very nice pool house and gated in ground pool with shuffleboard and pickleball. Also it's a 55+ community.
Yes allowed..but breed restrictions and weight.
What he said and the taxes this year were over 600. Plus every yr you have to buy stickers for your mobile home. 1 if it's a single wide. 2 if it's a double wide.
Trash pickup, water, sewer, use of pool, hot tub and rec hall.
Around 450 to 500.
A mobil home.
i would need to know the price&location
