I moved into a brand new home in this community and from day one there was a major leak in the roof in the master bedroom right above where your headboard would be. For two and a half years I asked the office to have the roof fixed Time after Time someone would come out glue a shingle down and say it was fixed. They're developed mold in the ceiling the leak was never fixed properly every time it rained it rained in my bed on my head on the floor and if the rain was bad enough it rolled down the Walls. I had to break my lease because it was affecting my health until this date I'm still waiting for my security back which was told to me that I was going to get. If you're looking to buy this home my warning to you is don't pay a nickel for it cuz the roof is not fixed and you're going to get sick from the mold in the bedroom. If I do not receive my security back for all the aggravation I put up with for two and a half years I will be going to the newspapers and the TV and a lawyer and we're going to see what happens. It was a nice community to live in my neighbors were wonderful but the house I wouldn't give you $0.02 for it and they're offering it at a hundred and some thousand dollars. Management refused to do anything to fix the leak which forced me to have to leave because instead of me renting which I would have bought the house if it had been fixed properly but since they didn't I wasn't so my review for this would be no stars except you have to put something so buyer beware

Been here four years. New manager has attention to safety making improvements daily. Only inherit problem here is I75 up the back side.
