Reasonable place to live in but slightly overpriced for a mobile home. But, they have alot of new units which is really nice. Management is the main issue. Part of my fence came broken and was promised to me that it'll be fixed when I move in, 6 months, a snake slithering in while mowing my grass and alot of pestering after, they finally repaired it. My lamp post is still not repaired for months now. Also, with the new units, water gets stopped randomly during the day and night, for hours at a time, without notice, multiple times a week. "Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding" as I stand naked in the shower with no water. Also, why are they acting like a HOA? So, it's a give a take

This is not a very good place to live. The water gets shut off like 2-4 times a month and then we're on a boil notice, which is extremely inconvenient, especially when you have two kids. Our front and back doors have been messed up since we moved in back in the summer of 2020, even though we've repeatedly asked for maintenance to come. Our master bathroom door was put on backwards and they haven't fixed that either, despite being asked multiple times. And they got rid of the overflow parking to put more homes in, which is very inconvenient for everyone. We can park up at the clubhouse, but there are only like 8 parking spots and they are always full.

This is the absolute worst place to move to if you have a family with kids! Your kids can't even play outside, ride their bikes, play ball, or have fun! You get letters from lawyers threatening to evict you simply for kids being kids.
