We are trying to buy a home in Foxwood. We want to live there so bad, but the houses are selling too fast. <sigh>

Nice quaint, quiet and friendly little trailer park located in a semi-private area off the beaten path.. This is I believe a 55+ community but I see people living there that are younger than that, so I could be wrong. You have to travel a road that goes for about a half mile through a wooded area to gain entry to the development and because of this, won't see any people passing through that aren't a resident or friends of a resident. It has 2 stores (Dollar general and family dollar) that are located just outside the development at the front of the entry road and are within walking distance. Just in case you can't drive, it's a nice convenient thing to have available. It seems like a good place to live and has most of the amenities that a retirement community would have for the residents. A pool and clubhouse are on premise and some social/gaming activities as well. I think it has an office/headmaster located there for anyone looking to get info on the Foxwood Farms area or has an issue that needs to be resolved.

They have a place to store R.V's, but you can't stay in them. Arrowhead campsites is right down the street and their storage is only 50 dollars a month.
Varies. Depending on how long you've lived here. However we are seeing a $70 monthly increase starting Jan. 2018.
No there arr no rv lots
Sadly, the heated deep pool is the main reason I moved here has been closed indefinitely-again - for repairs. ELS changes management every time a bit of progress is made on some of the long overdue deferred maintenance, so very little progress is made. Taylor Hall was closed almost 3 years for updating, many people have left in the 5 years I have lived here. Both pools are closed now, the heated one just may never be reopened. Do not count on the pool or any of the amenities advertised to be factual at any of ELS properties. Move here if you like the location, but expect nothing in return for your high lot rent except picking up the garbage, mostly twice a week. You are responsible for tree trimming ( runs into the thousands for these diseased old trees, though they are majestic. And expect the runaround to getting help, advice or answers to questions or problems you have with your house. Plumbers & electricians here daily, water boil notices happen when old H2O lines break
I'm not really sure since I went to visit family. I don't actually live there. I'm sorry that I couldn't help!
They have selections of homes for rent and to own.
I was visiting a friend. Call them directly

Yes. They have a wide variety of nice homes for sale that are affordable.
I do not live in Foxwood Farms anymore I moved back North. It is a beautiful park. Prices are different. The best thing to do is pull it up on line. Also if your able drive threw the park a lot of homes are for sale by owner. Good luck
