We do not own our lots. Lot fee will be a bit over $600.00/month beginning 1/1/19. Includes lawn care, garbage, recycling, water; and use of pools, club houses, sports areas and association fee. Homes can be bought (From The Villas), rented or owned on their lots. Motor homes and travel trailers may not be user as homes and must be stored in private areas (limited within community, but nearby rental spaces are plentiful). We are now "adult only" with minimum age 45. The fairly high standards are to assure our community remains attractive and as safe as possible. If you get a place guy in lot 206 referred you. If you don't, forget this entire review. 😇
You pay $600 a month for Lot rent if you own the mobile home. Renting the mobile home with lot is over $1200 a month. Only mobile homes are permitted on the site.
There are no association dues.......plenty of homes for sale.....lot rent goes up Jan 1st but is $591 now....unless you assume someone elses lot rent....then it nay be a bit lower....!
