Yes. We now not only have couples, but a number of working people are renting as roommates; it's nice to have pools, bocce ball and other courts, a laundry room and other amenities, not to mention covered parking at a price that beats many apartments or other rental properties.

Im not sure about rentals.... It trailer is privately owned. BUT the ones sitting empty ...For Sale.... Have been empty for over a year on my street. The lot rent is 606.00 a month .includes water lawn and trash. Ask for Jim at the office and tell him I sent youRobyn Lowry lot168. Yes it is pet friendlyfor medium to small dogs and cats. Both must be on leash if outside. If you have a large dog... Just dont say anything.people here do have large dogs. We also have a huge clubhouse and computer pool table 2 sperate rooms. 2 pools one heated.tenis pickle ball and shuffle board. I have been here 4 1/2 years. Its cool......yes there are trailers forsale by the park and private.the ones that are private and empty people are still paying a 606 a month for.

Per regulations dogs (other than registered service animals) must not be over 40 pounds. Also, because this is a retirement community, dogs that are stereotypically "aggressive " breeds like pitbulls, dobermans, German Shepherds... are restricted - I know, a dog is as he is raised, but it's in our lease agreements.

It's a 55 community and pricing is up to the seller yes small pets r allowed but there's lot fees and u pay for ur own amenities
