Dog park is opened, there is a lot of.brush about and 10 feet of mud to get to the lake but the puppies are loving being off their leashes

Not yet. I checked on monday and they had a notice that said "Due to the damage and clean up efforts cause by Hurricame Irma, Baldwin Park is close until Further Notice"
Most are still closed due to debris EVERYWHERE. Lack of personnel to get the job done therefore still a hazardous area.
Yes. Closed on the 4th for maintenance.
