This park is awesome!! Very nicely kept ...great for walking your dog ...they do provide bags ...and trash bins ...you can get cold water for your pup just bring a bowl!

Ward Park is operated by the City of Winter Park. I would call their Parks and Recreation Department. I would expect these fields to be highly scheduled and regulated since they are so heavily used. I bet there is a fee.
