I’ve been calling this place for about a whole week now obviously no one wants to work here not live based on the reviews and the fact that you’re “open” between 9am and 11am according to google is a joke open just long enough to ignore calls

Only giving 1 star because I have to. I was ready to terminate my lease multiple times. Nothing looks updated but the kitchen appliances. Terrible repair patches. A few weeks after I moved in my tub started peeling badly and they told me it was my fault and I would have to pay $250 for it to be resurfaced. Had to put in multiple work orders to have my heat and air fixed. There was a bad leak in my utility closet causing a terrible mildew smell downstairs. I went a month without my upstairs toilet because Everytime I put in a work order they would mark it as complete without coming to fix it. Once they finally sent someone to fix it I came Home to fèces all over the bathroom and inside the tub. The pipe under the kitchen sink constantly popped off causing a bad leak under that cabinet. Half of my windows wouldn’t even open. I had a package stolen off my porch and was told there was nothing that could be done because the camera they have had no view of my door. The teenagers run around being disrespectful and damaging cars with no consequences. If you try to hold out on paying rent for maintenance issues they will gladly throw $100 on your rent for a late fee even if they don’t fix the issue. I made sure my place was spotless when I moved out and was still charged $700 because the carpet was “stain beyond cleaning.” Which I don’t understand. Out of a $1600 deposit I only received $480 back upon moving out. Only good thing was my neighbors were friendly. Adding pictures of everything including how it looked when I moved out. Not understanding how the carpet was stained where they felt I had to pay them $700. Honestly would not recommend anyone moving here.

So already I’m having problems just getting in touch with someone at this property. I can tell that the complaints in lack of communication is valid from other tenants because I can’t even get someone on the phone from the leasing office. Smh you all need to do better.

Not a bad place to stay if you absolutely need somewhere but wouldn’t highly recommend. Very high priced for the quality. Only updated thing is the kitchen really. Walls have terrible repair patches, kids run around vandalizing cars, issues with bugs especially black spiders, the paint on my car has been scraped by somebody else’s card, I have a bunch of junk on my back porch that’s been there since I moved in but nobody will come throw it away. My trash can gets dug into and drug around because people just let their dogs run around. It could be a decent place if the effort was really put in but definitely isn’t worth paying $1130 for a 2 bedroom.
