I absolutely love my apartment. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance. The community is Hispanic based and they’re very welcoming. However, the leasing office is not too keen about having black people in this neighborhood. There’s a lack of customer service that I’ve experienced and witnessed involving another tenant who was black. The trash is constantly overflowing into the street. The pool is closed on the weekends.

The leasing office is very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Shady practices, they just want application fees. I was lied to and misled. The property manager is a liar and she hung up on me (no names were called I wasn't yelling or anything) I think she may have a problem with blacks 😵‍💫🥴🤷🏾
