What's the deal with Eric Walter field rep. Never returns phone calls. Very un professional. Can't believe he holds such a high position. He has no customer service skills

I would if I could find out who his supervisor was. He, Eric Walter, is in charge if glades county. Who can I contact? I have been waiting for electric since May.
