Usually never have good things to say about FP&L, but today was a good day. We lost power at 6:36pm. Notified them immediately, their site estimated power back at 9:45, trucks were in the area within 30mins. Got a callback at 8:03 saying that power would be back by 9pm. It was back at 8:08! Couldn't have asked for better communication or speedier service. Thank you!

Right now nearly all bigger ompanies are bad, but FPL is in the lead. They are a terrible company. You try to contact an actual person only to be pushed through and endless labyrinth of automated questions that don't come even close to solve your problem. To make it worse, if you keep pushing the automated service trying to contact a live person, the call will just end. What a joke of a company.

Cannot find an office I can walk into and get help. My debit card had to be replaced and I need to let FPL know the new debit card number. I cannot get registered to contact online. I cannot find a customer service office.
