The office told us they have subsidized housing. But our small one bedroom is almost $2000 a month. They will charge you for a trash valet service, delivery service, all the different utilities, and renter's insurance through the leasing office. It made our agreement of about $1600 a month go up to almost $2000. And everyone I have talked to says management treats people in subsidized housing poorly. And they already treat the tenants poorly... it is also hard to get around the complex for people who are disabled.
Thanks for the inquiry. We do not currently offer subsidized rent for those with disabilities. Here are some online resources for those looking for subsidized rent - https://affordablehousingonline.com/guide/disability-housing
Briana pretty much nailed it. Yes, this property is partially subsidized; meaning they benefit by accepting federal grant money for improvements. Yet tenants with subsidized rent are denied upgraded units and online access to paying their rent like other tenants are afforded .
