I have not even 10 days and I have cockroaches and they also gave me the apartment too dirty and neglected and that is not correct I thought it was a clean place someone who knows if I can break the contact
Yes there are roaches Ongoing infestation. The problem with having your unit sprayed is that its toxic to both humans and pets. There is an entire universe of roaches underneath the 11 buildings. Its an ongoing battle.
We had tons of baby roaches when we first moved in. And some huge ones. After much begging they treated our apartment and after more begging and doing some of it myself the holes in the walls and cabinets were sealed. If you don't use the $25 a month trash valet they don't often come inside. You still have to pay that by the way. There are a lot of roaches in the laundry rooms and around the trash shoots because the trash constantly is overflowing and the place somehow gets trashed every night.
They do thorough cleaning when people move. They offer FREE fumigation every week so if you sign up on each Thursday they’ll be there next morning. I’ve lived here 3yrs and can say I’m happy here. Read your lease!
