If I could give this place zero star I would. We’ve never experienced this issue and met property management team like this before. We provided everything possible including our personal information. Anything more is considered our privacy. We have excellent credit scores and bank statements with high balance that already meet their rental standard. We’re supposed to be qualified. But the leasing office manager kept asking for additional documents again and again for a whole week. It seems that no matter how much money you have in the bank and how high your credit scores are it will still NOT satisfy them. They told us that our application was actually approved but they were asking for 2 month security deposit and 3 month prepaid rent in order to understand our income better ??!! It’s a ridiculous and unreasonable term. Just because they want to understand our income well, it does NOT mean they can charge us more security deposits and prepaid rents. No one will actually try to apply for aparment and be not able to pay rent on time. BEWARE these greedy will scam you!! They also told us the property was 85% rented out and tricked us into applying for the unit by paying $70 application fee asap. However, we came to find out the property was only about 20% rented out. Imagine why this property opened up to residents in 2018 but it has 20% residents only in 2020? ?? They are trying to market themselves as a luxury complex but it’s actually far away from it. Everything is made with cheap materials. You will need to pay extra $80 per month for the laundry rental when you move in. This place is a nightmare for anyone who is trying to apply. We’ve stayed at different luxury apartments before and this one is the worst. We’ve never experienced this issue before. This is a waste of our time. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. Find yourself another better place.

Brookhurst place has been amazing. My family and I have lived at other luxury apartment complex before, and Brookhurst place outshines them all. Management staff were quick to respond to any issues we had during our move in. I highly recommend Brookhurst place to anyone in the market for luxury living.

Recently moved into Brookhurst Place and I could not be happier with the experience. It's one of the most modern and attractive luxury apartment buildings in Garden Grove and the owners could not have picked a better time to make this type of an investment in the community. You'll find modern local restaurants, trendy old haunts, reliable quality chain restaurants, and two unique coffee shops just a short walk away. With major redevelopment projects slated to get underway on nearby Garden Grove Blvd., the neighborhood will soon be transformed into a thriving neighborhood. As for the apartment, modern finishes inside the units and great staff make for a smooth transition into the apartments. The club house is amazing, the pool is open year round and the pool area is great for just chilling. With all of these luxuries the fitness center's inviting atmosphere will help keep you fit. While this place is geared toward young professionals there are enough local attractions and activities to make Brookhurt place a great location and affordable place for young families. Costco and their gas station, Target, a dozen different smaller local grocery stores and if you want a more quiet evening the historic main street has a great mix of locally owned and modern eateries. Super convenient the Garden Grove Freeway this place has it all.
