As those before stated, its only co-ed in the saunas, cafe, and the common area between, and in these places you are *required* to wear the outfit they provide; no nudity in co-ed.
As you walk in you check in like a regular front desk. She checks you in and asks what you are all getting. Then she gives you your clothes/towels and then you go separate ways, women to their side and men to the other. You do not see each other unless you want to get food from the cafeteria.
The men's and women's area's are kept separate.
There are seperate sections for the Steam room, hot tub, cold plunge pool, and showers. There is a common area with 2 dry saunas and a really good Korean restaurant in the back where clothing they supply is required.
The places that require nudity are seperate.. The showers, baths, wet saunas.. The common area requires a uniform. There's 2 dry saunas and a restaurant
