No
No. They say they do online, to make outsiders think so.... but I’ve left over 10 messages, and they never do.
No, they don't.
Follow up to my own question, post moving in: The building has about 390 units. Currently Greystar staffs about 3 front line agents. A little arithmetic means there are about 130 units per agent. If you assumed there's the same number of units ending a lease each month that means roughly 11 units per month to "sell" per agent. If it takes 10 showings to rent one unit, that means 110 showings per month per agent. That means 4 showings per day per agent. Its not really surprising that current residents feel neglected. The management company needs to add one or two more agents and or make one specifically tasked with following up regularly with current residents. Suffice it to say that helps current residents very little at this moment. However, if you take the 10 minutes to explain your requests IN PERSON at the office, the staff is willing to make an effort. In summary, right now the answer is "No... But they try if you can make it in to talk in person."
Not sure
Only if you are going to sign a new lease
No, they never do. Once you sign that lease, they do not care what you have to say. Just pay rent on time or they will be putting notices on your door every two seconds. I have called, left messages, and they simply wont call anyone back.
