One thing about 55 West it will always have the best location for downtown apartment or condo living!! With a serviceman at the front desk and plenty of security around checking doors checking people in and checking the Outer Perimeter you're not only safe here but you'll never be left to wander around with questions because there's plenty of employees and there's plenty of help if you need it. And the lobby and common areas as well as the outside landscape is top-notch because it is tended to on a daily basis I have family and close friends that live here it's always a pleasure to visit them and I never worry about their safety or well-being living in such a great place!

Linda Miranda and the new management of 55 West have completely turned the building around. It's a wonderful place to live. Cleaners are constantly in the hallways and common areas and the front desk security works hard to keep the building safe. I'm really enjoying my time here with the most beautiful views of Downtown Orlando and being conveniently located close to so many restaurants, bars and things to do. Thanks so much to the staff for all that you do to make this a great home for residents.

The new management company (ZRS) is phenomenal!! Linda has been instrumental in my choice to resign back in May; and I am very happy that we did. This place was being ran into the ground by Greystar and has underwent massive changes since then. Thank you to ZRS and Linda for changing the culture at 55 and making it an attractive destination for prospective new residents!

One positive thing is included in your rent, location; if you aren’t dying to be in this exact spot, settling anywhere else downtown would be a remarkably smarter decision. Really wanted to renew here but the lack of effort on their end has changed that. Both the maintenance and cleaning staff are non-existent; or rather just hanging out in the lobby by the pool. I’ve been a resident here for over a year and both new and old management are identical in their functions and professionalism (or lack thereof). If you’d like to roll the dice here, look forward to homeless people roaming around the 14th floor, hallways that smell like urine, Airbnb guests (and tenants) tossing their trash everywhere, one elevator out of the eight working for weeks at a time, and the same tired excuses from the office staff (if you can reach them, as they forward calls and keep the door locked). You can always be proactive and, per the staff, submit work orders for all of the things they miss around the building on a day to day basis (or just repair them yourself) - but it will still go ignored and “completed” in their system.
