15 checkout lines, 2 open. Sounds like Walmart. But, my opinion, 17 year old kids want a paycheck, but dont want to show up to work.
Yeah, boost the checkers.
It took less than 5 minutes for us to check out
Wait till you buy a bed frame and everything else and they don't have the mattress. You can't pre-purchase The Mattress and it's first come first serve going to them. So you have to keep looking online to find out when the mattress are going to come in and when they do you have get there as soon as you can before all the mattresses are bought out. Very unorganized that was my experience. undertrained that was my other.
It's pretty sad when they have more staff in the cafeteria than at the checkout line.
If u know what u want and u can do click and collect, it is worth it. It costs $5.00 , but u get a $5.00 IKEA gift card when u pick it up.
Can you pay to have it assembled?
Totally depends on the time of day & what day. I never shop on friday-sunday
I'm sure they do, and I've certainly waited to check out, but never more than 10 minutes.
