Jack in the Box always is sooooo good! We don’t have one where I’m from and every time we are in the area, we swing by. They always have fresh food, and take great care of us! They have the best egg rolls, hands down! Definitely come try it out if you haven’t yet, you won’t forget it! I love how you can get a burger, egg rolls, and tacos all in the same place!

I had never been to a Jack in the Box before... The curly fries were all right but my burger was so salty I could only stand a couple bites. I don't know if they are always like that but I won't go again until I find out.

Went for a quick drivethru run on a Friday night. Couple cars in front of me. Get to speaker and the worker said they are only doing orders for people who order online via the app. So I pull around to the parking lot. Everyone is doing the same thing. Parked in their car, downloading the lame app and ordering from their phone, then hopping back in line. Clearly this location doesn’t want your business. They hope by saying “online orders only” you’ll just leave and not fiddle around with the cumbersome app and spend time creating a login, punching in credit card info, etc. Deleted their app right after I got my food. Spent $10 for some lukewarm, overpriced “jumbo” burger and curly fries that should be on a dollar menu. Never again.

Ordered a dinner via Jack-in-the-box mobile app (used T-Mobile free 'Jack burger' Tuesday). Upon entering the parking lot, two cars were present. Entrance door to business was locked and drive-thru roped off. The app accepted my order and charged my credit card. Knocked on the door with no response. Another person drove up and stated this location often closes early and sometimes not even open during the day. Per the pics, no customers nor employees are visible. Very poor customer service and should not be able to order via app if location is closed. I have sent an email to the headquarters so will see what response (if any) is received. Avoid this business.

They go through good and bad employee's the one to stay away from is the one on 18th Street just off i70 they are horrible and always are. My experience at the one of Johnson drive and i35 has almost always been good.
