This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked a week in a deluxe suite for myself my partner and his two kids. When we arrived they gave us a room number. We went to the room and it was not clean, beds not made, trash on the floor, dirty towels etc. We let the front desk know and they asked us to return in an hour to give them time to clean it. We returned and they said that room was actually not available that night and all they had was a smaller room for the night. We had to get relatives to keep the kids so they didn’t have to sleep on the floor. The next day we called the desk multiple times asking about the room we booked, they kept telling us it would be available. Eventually around 6pm, they told us the room we booked would not be available for the duration of our stay, at which point we left and had to pay for other accommodations. I spent three days calling trying to reach the general manager for a refund. When I finally got ahold of Brandon, he was extremely rude and insisted the room had been ready and we had said we didn’t want it. This is a flat out lie, and makes no sense. If the room we had booked had been available, we would have taken it. The room had trash, dirty linens and unmade beds. He stated we would still have to pay for the first two nights, one of which we stayed in a tiny room that reeked of urine with a refrigerator leaking all over the floor, and the other we weren’t even in the hotel. This has yet to be rectified, I’ve escalated it to the regional manager, and I’m hoping I’m eventually issued the full refund that I am owed. Also I don’t know who’s replying to these but it’s a pathetic attempt to make your online presence look better when your rooms and your service are atrocious. I saw dozens of other reviews that had the same issues. Disgusting rooms, bookings suddenly not available, no customer service to speak of, manager gloating and laughing about his claim that only he decides if you get a refund and he doesn’t have to give you anything. It’s astonishingly terrible, and extremely clear you never have and never plan to do anything about it. You should be ashamed of the way you rip off people. I really think this location is just running as some huge scam. Stay far away.

Don't stay here. I will say the people at the front desk were very helpful and nice..the place was NOT clean. I dont need much. I just needed a clean bed and a shower, the room was not clean. Stains on the sheets, garbage in the hallways, I felt dirty just being in there. They also don't mention needing a $200.00 deposit when you make a reservation but tell you when you are checking in. I was able to get that back, but still haven't received my refund for my room and pet. We did not stay, not worth even trying it out in my opinion.

Do not go I repeat do not go I came all the way from another state to work in Kansas City and I stayed here because it was close to my job and in a decent area my first room I had was leaking water from the ceiling I told front desk for about a week and a half before someone came to see about it and they had to make sure they had enough rooms before I could have my room switched. My new room was fine up until the end of my first month. I ended up with a rash due to bed bugs I was unaware of bed bug symptoms so I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something and being a health care professional Bed bugs was the last thing that crossed my mind because I cleaned my room very well and I had my own fresh sheets and blanket I brought from Walmart I went looking for them once I started noticing more red spots on my arm or leg so I inspected my mattress and there it was I was very upset about everything and I feel like I deserve a full refund for my stay, because this is not even right

Stayed here 2 months and never had any issues. Staff was always friendly and on site. I also appreciate how the walls at this hotel are thick, so I couldn't hear my neighbors at all. Plenty of parking, got clean towels and sheets whenever I needed them. All around good stay!
