I lived at Peppertree for 3 years and I absolutely loved it! It was very quiet, beautiful scenery and close to work for me at the time. We never had an issue with Angie or Kara, both had been terrific to work with when we needed to. And the maintenance staff was just as incredible. Super friendly, always came out in a timely manner when there was an issue. The only cons were, with living on the bottom floor, we could hear every move that was made from anyone who lived above us. We could even hear someone use the restroom so the space between the ceilings and the their floor, isn't very well insulated. But that's also a part of apartment living. Also, the building we lived in, if you didn't have a carport, good luck finding a spot after 5pm. We had carports and that was one of the reasons for having them. But overall, I would highly recommend Peppertree. The only reason why I even left was because I was given an opportunity to live by myself and I parted ways with my roommate (who transferred to a 1 bedroom on property because she loved it so much too) and moved. Thank you Peppertree for making my apartment experience living so great!

The employee I emailed seemed very nice......But their income requirement policy seems absolutely ridiculous. They will not accept someone with limited income (like a retired person) but with plenty of money in the bank nor prepayment of rent (even a full year lease!).....But will accept someone that may have a job today and unemployed tomorrow........What a pathetic way to do business. As I search I see that almost all apartments I am looking at have no problem accepting applicants if they have 2-3 years worth of rental payments in the bank.....If a place has some nonsensical policy like this it definitely makes me wonder what else they do. Oh well......moving on.

This was a great place to live. The staff was nice and maintenance was fast. It was also quiet and although there were a fair amount of dogs, the owners always seemed to pickup after them outside (at least around the section of the complex I lived in.)

Lived there for 2 years. Rates are extremely competitive for the area. Location has great access to the highway. Maintenance was responsive, cordial, and thorough. My only complaint was constant foot traffic by my door, but that's what I got for taking a unit close to the pool.
