It's usually busy because people are leaving messages and they are on the phone calling back people that left messages. You may have to call a half a dozen times to get thru but if you leave a message they will call you back pretty quickly. They don't hire extra help because they try to keep costs down so they can keep our costs down so those of us on fixed income or just poor as dirt can afford to give our beloved animals the proper care they deserve. So it can be a little inconvenient at times and you do have to wait your turn but at least you can afford to pay the bill. Plus you get to practice your patience skills ha ha ha.
That would make it more expensive if they did. If you leave a message they do call back during lunch time hours or before they close. Been using them since the opened.
cost definitely worth the wait been going here for 20 years now you get the same prescriptions same heartworm medicine and flea medicine as an expensive vet but these people come to know your pet personally and when you don't bring your dog in for an extended period of time they chew you out because they care about the animal that's what it is about
When not busy they answer the phone but they aren't going to pay someone to just answer the phone! They save people a lot of money, so you trade off convenience
If it's an emergency then just go. If not they'll call back. They're busy because they keep prices down and they're AMAZING with fur babies.
If they hire someone to answer the phone then the price of EVERYTHING goes up. It is a clinic...not a vet hospital. There is a difference. They do great work and I am thankful for their appropriate pricing!
