Is this a great place to live

I would not recommend it.

We recommend stopping by the property and judging for yourself. Most residents rave about us and throughout the area The Park at Highgate stands out.

Nope! Nope! Nope! I DO NOT I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! And if you didn't hear me in the back I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL....I been living here almost a year now....no matter how many times you bomb or clean your house the roaches come back in multiples...Also don't waste your time trying to go up to the office to speak with them about nothing because they going to act like they "DON'T KNOW" nothing but work in the front office yeah okay...The dudes at the front RUDE AF always and once again never know anything. If you want to speak to the property manager she's busy or sending messages thru them and they don't even relay the messages properly. Secondly since I have been living here I have had a totally of 4 leaks 2 from the ceiling and 2 from the HVAC....I have mold where the water was leaking everywhere. The bathroom shower floor is coming apart, the refrigerator comes apart alot. No scenes on the windows. Don't be fooled by the good reviews!!!!
