Pedro the service manager and Justo came to my apt this morning to fix a major water leak I had. They took no time finding the leak and repairing the hose that was busted. After they repaired the leak they took the time to clean up afterwards. I am so happy I didn't have to go all day with no water and I didn't have to clean up after them. I was able to get back to work in a timely manner.

Update (9AUG2022) : The bad reviews of this apartment complex WERE accurate in most of what they write. As of this posted date, things have turned around. The head of maintenance Pedro, really knows what he’s doing and knows how to FIX the problems. With compassion might I add. He follows through in his work and doesn’t leave you with a feeling of just a “bandaged” job. You can rest easy knowing the problem won’t come back. He single handedly made me have a better outlook for this property. My home! And proud to call it such. Pedro, you have a great work ethic and truly a man of your word. I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. To sum this up, this is truly a beautiful complex, located in such a convenient and safe location. Thank you management for giving Pedro the resources he needed to take action. Was five stars recommend. As of late, due to the nonstop maintenance issues that keep growing, I have to bring this 5 down to 1. The staff are friendly. From maintenance to the office staff. Unfortunately, friendliest can only go so far. I'd rather trade unfriendly staff for ones who actually fix the problems as opposed to friendly staff who say they will fix and never do. Due to a work order that was submitted for roof leakage, there is now mold growth. Sure, they bleached the walls and left a portable air blower to help dry it up faster. I was told to leave it on and not to turn it off until they return. After almost a week, the air blower was left in the apartment with no word as to when they would come to pick up their equipment. After substantially increasing my electric bill I received a notification that the work order was completed. Later I found out the maintenance man had quit and I'm assuming that they just purged his work orders. Obviously I knew it wasn't completed due to the fact that the equipment was still there in addition of regrowth of mold to an unacceptable living conditions for health reasons. When first moving in, when I turned the A/C on and produced a very pungent odor of mildew I spoke to the office. The came the same day and maintenance just suggested I use air freshener....really? Ok so I bought a portable A/C just so I don't breathe in the mildew that is emitted when the central air is running. I would bet my bottom dollar that there is mold all in the walls, as you can see previous water damage in the walls. A new leak has popped up in our bedroom closet, ruining several pairs of nice shoes and some articles of clothing of my wife's. As I first mentioned, the staff is super friendly and respectful, that only goes so far. I truly hope Mgmt will read this as this is getting unacceptable.
