You get what you pay for and this place doesn’t do a bad job. Our neighbors are awesome and most have lived here for a while. They watch out for each other and are friendly. No roach issues in our unit. Apartments are older but they are trying to renovate and fix. New maintenance team is awesome and they take care of things right away. Only bad thing is the people that sneak and try to use our amenities, but it can’t be helped for now.

They don't answer their phone, unprofessional, I've been going back and forth to the office for my application process and NO ONE IS EVERTHERE! New management needs to be considered ASAP. It's already hard enough we have to take the time out of our day to deal with inconsistent employees

I've lived here with my 2 girls 16 years and I like it because any issues I have they fix them fast..staff is nice. And I feel safe

Management was very helpful and looking forward to leasing 1bedroom apartment when available
