Pros quiet at night love my neighbors close to alot of stores staff is friendly . Cons no screens on the windows so you can't really open them to let fresh air in especially if you live on the 1st floor don't have washer and dryers in units which would be ok if the company that supplies the washer and dryer didn't up the price and reduce the time on the machines. But now I just go down the street to the laundromat at least if machines break you can get your money back right then

All 5 star reviews are fake! This place is gross. Roaches in the walls, outdated cabinets, pot holes... The washing machines don't have hot water, the laundry room is ALWAYS littered with garbage and half the time the dryers don't work. The bathtubs are painted over and cracked, my kitchen counters aren't even leveled. They charge us every month for pest control knowing good and well this place needs to be tented! And they had the nerve to raise the rent price. The studios are now over 1k! They want you to think this is a safe complex by bragging that they have security, but the only reason they got security is because there was literally a shooting here last year. Do not move in to this raggedy ish!

The new management is no better than the past numerous managers before them. It’s almost like they purposely don’t care because things don’t happen to them. If your ac is broken they will tell you to deal with it, and you will have to sleep in 80 degree apartment. Rent is raised $300-$500 because of small upgrades like a cheap fan lol…save your money and time and look for better place. For the same money, you can have an office that cares about you as a tenet.

I'm from Miami I was thinking to move into this place I've heard and did research about this area "pine hills" I appreciate the honesty that you guys worte on here about this apartment, because why waste my hard working money into this madness place I'll look somewhere else 😖
