I got a preapproval from CapOne and the finance manager still ran my credit 5x without my permission and as a result my credit score was affected. No apology nothing. My floor mats were placed in the car, in the truck. and after purchasing and placing them, one was missing. All of the tire caps were missing and were supposed to be ordered, that was a few weeks ago and still not ordered. I am very unhappy with Service. No corporate number to call
