The car was not clean on the inside. Half a French fry and bitten off finger nail was plan as day when the Hand brake was set. Had to do financing twice because someone messed up my social security #. Was told when I came back they would fill up my gas tank. It didn’t happen. Also told the process of fix your mistake would only take a hour. Ended up taking two and a half. At this point it’s been a frustrating experience and probably won’t use Carmax in the future.

Go back to the CarMax store in Roseville and talk to the salesman Who Sold you your car. They're usually very helpful and will try to solve your problem.
Yes it is. Our battery was dead in the car we bought from there because it sat for a long time. The service deptartment was closed that weekend. We went to O'Reilly and purchased a replacement and they refunded the entire purchase. Albeit we got authorization first.

No. The shuttle bus is for service customers. Sometimes they will extend a ride when you sell your car. But it’s best to make your own ride arrangements
Carmax will run you through their own credit provider. Find the car you want and fill out their credit app.
Go on their website and follow the prompts. Very simple.

I don't think you can buy a car without a license as proof of insurance is required. They do offer in-house financing.

All of the sales associates were masked when I visited. They cleaned the tables between groups. Cars were sanitized between test drives. The sales associates do not join you for the test drive. Not all customers were masked when I was there and no one corrected them.
No..that warranty is a rip off. There is also a federal warranty that cover the emissions on the car your getting,as long as the car has less than 87k. You get what your paying for.

You can go on their website Carmack.com or they even have an app. Which is much easier to use .I used it to buy my car
I don't think there's anyone that works at Carmax that is smart enough to help you. I'm still dealing with them on a truck purchase from 2+ months ago.
