Today I sought help from the office in paying rent on the. new portal. I haven't had good luck since I moved in on 6/1/22 with maintenance requests. I met Camille today who was courteous, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Nobody likes to have to come to the office, i am sure, but she made it effortless. Way to go, Camille!!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT sign a lease in this community having high expectations. Let me tell you what you’ll get. Repeated calls to the office for maintenance to come and fix an issue (and believe me, there’ll be many). Roach infested apartment. Trash left out on the curb by your neighbors that don’t care. May possible even receive an apartment that’s not move in ready (mold, trash still in apartment, not swept or dusted, oven door sitting on the floor…you know, things like that). If they haven’t put new roofing on the buildings prepare to have a skylight open up somewhere in your apartment. In the years I was there I’ve had two, plus a few other leaks. Painted over tubs, showers and tiles (yes, paint) that will start peeling after a few showers. A security gate that never works and a security team that’s visible off and on. Sometimes they’re there, sometimes they’re not. Considering they’ve been in the news because a couple people have lost their lives there in the past few years you’d think they would have working security cameras, a working gate and daily security patrol. I’m convinced some of these 5 star reviews are from the office staff trying to boost the rating because no way anyone living there would think it’s a 5 star community. So, if it’s what you can afford just don’t get your hopes up.

worst apartment i’ve ever lived at, the AC in our apartment has been broken for days now and management has yet to fix it. Not only that but our sink doesn’t drain anymore, we told management three weeks ago and it still has yet to be fixed. When we first moved in both toilets in the apartment were broken, cabinets were falling apart. truly the worst place i have ever lived at.

Pretty nice quiet place, could be better if the front gate and back fence was fixed in order to prevent any more future incidents, like the incident that happened a few weeks ago with that young girl. Also residents need to learn how to throw their trash in the garbage can! Not sure why it's being left out by trees.🤬 people need to take pride in where they live and help keep it clean! Don't know why the office isn't doing anything about this. I hate inviting people to my apt cause it's embarrassing to see all these trash bags by the trees. smh
