We have been to the main campus several times and wish it was closer, so we go to the Montgomeryville satellite location. We highly recommend any of the locations. If you feel the typical church experience doesn't fill your soul...this is the place for you!! Be forewarned tough... the music is loud and the people are super friendly and the tattoos... are plentiful. . If your going to any church looking for something to go wrong... it will. Humans are humans... they are going to be humans. If you are looking for a church to have your soul fed and to be like Jesus... then find a church that is filled with LOVE. For my family... that's JRNY!! If you want to come to the Montgomeryville one... and don't want to sit by yourself... message me thru social media of some sort... and please come sit with us... we would love to help you feel welcomed!

I attended this church for a few years (I was a pastors kid growing up) and tried to do the home group and volunteer and be apart and always felt like the outsider still. No one ever went out of their way to get to know me as I wasn’t apart of “their cliche.” Totally got judged and shunned when I got my divorce from my first husband without anyone knowing both sides of the story. Thanks journey church for being apart of my journey that I will forget by going to this church.

Church members are overly friendly and welcoming (almost cult-like), although they didn't take the time to learn my name even after a year of weekly attendance. My 10yr old liked the kids program & events because they give candy as an incentive. Music is contemporary and intentionally loud, although ear plugs are provided. Money seems to be a priority, but that seems to be the norm in all churches. I went for so long because I got a lot out of the messages of the sermons & my child didn't protest the children's going.. However, we recently stopped going because they started shamelessly out-right preaching political views in the church services and this conflicted with my values. I'm definitely glad I didn't get more wrapped up in this church.

Hey Stacey! Thanks for reaching out - our answer would likely be too long of a response for the context of a Google question. The simple answer is we believe what the Bible says, but to explain that further, it would probably be best to check out a message series we did just this year to talk about this topic. You can check it out by visiting this link - https://www.jrny.church/media.html?sapurl=Lyt5Nm54L2xiL21zLys5bm1yYjI0P2JyYW5kaW5nPXRydWUmZW1iZWQ9dHJ1ZQ== Thanks again, -JRNY
