I don't like the policy that you have to make an appointment on day of the haircut. I work 3rd shift and I sleep when the appointment becomes available and it's always booked up. I tried for 3 days now. I wanted to give them a chance but no. So I'm going to go to hair Cuttery instead and it only took like 5 minutes to book appointment for the very next day. Its a no brainer who brainer here.

Was surprised to walk in at 9:10 and hop right in the chair on a Saturday morning. Got a great cut for a fair price. Love the warm wash cloth finish
